Discovery & Clinic Review

We start by understanding your clinic, goals and current challenges. During our first session we review your positioning, marketing, consultation process, offers and patient journey to identify what is working well and where the biggest growth opportunities exist.

Strategy & Growth Plan

Together we create a clear strategy for your clinic. This includes refining your positioning, improving consultation structure, strengthening treatment offers, and identifying the marketing priorities that will generate more consistent enquiries and higher value clients.

Implementation & Support

Through regular coaching sessions we work together to implement the strategy inside your clinic. Your monthly hours can be used for strategy, campaign planning, marketing reviews, automation support, patient journey development, and refining the systems that drive long term growth.

How much does coaching cost?

Ignite is £2,199 a month and Scale is £2,999 a month. Every plan includes ClinicOS, and plans have an initial three month commitment, then run month to month with 30 days written notice. If you want to start smaller, a one off 60 minute strategy session is £249.

How long before I see results?

Month one is mostly building: access, tracking, ClinicOS and your first fixes. Most clinics see movement in enquiries and bookings by month three, and the bigger shifts usually show around month six. Anyone promising results in a fortnight is selling something else.

What does a coaching session cover?

Whatever is costing your clinic most right now. That might be positioning, pricing, your consultation process, the patient journey, your team or your numbers. We look at your figures together, agree the priorities, and every session is recorded so your team can watch it back.

Who is coaching for?

Do you work with clinics in the UK?

Yes. Ryan built his first clinic in the UK, and we work with clinics across the UK as well as Australia, New Zealand and the UAE. Sessions run over video and are booked in UK hours.

Is a coach the same as a marketing agency?

No. An agency runs a channel, usually ads. We coach you on the whole clinic, then our team builds the work inside your own accounts, from automations and campaigns to reporting. You get the direction and the delivery from one place.
