Every plan includes a lot, but not all of it happens at once. At the start of each month your project manager agrees the priorities with you, and the team works through them in that order. Allowances like landing pages and included VA hours are there to be used in their period and do not roll over. Our Client Charter sets it all out in plain English.

Yes. Every plan starts with an initial 3 months, then continues month to month. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades and cancellations need 30 days written notice, which runs from your next billing date, and your plan and support stay fully active for the whole period you have paid for.

Yes. Every plan, including Social and Ads Only, includes the full ClinicOS platform, onboarding, two training sessions, the AI receptionist and unlimited 24/7 support. If you only want the software, it is available on its own at £349 a month.

Two things. Ad spend, which you pay directly to Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn. Usage inside ClinicOS, like AI, SMS, calls and phone numbers, which is charged at the rates that apply at the time. Everything else on your plan is covered by the monthly fee. There are no card payment fees.

A real person who already knows ClinicOS. Recall calls, diary admin, keeping your CRM clean, updating price lists, uploading content, review requests, supplier research and everyday admin. If it can be done remotely and it is within reason, your VA can do it. Ignite includes 5 hours a month, Scale includes 15, and any clinic on an active plan can buy a 20 hour top up that rolls over.

Every build is different, so we scope it with you first and give you a clear timeline before anything starts. Timelines depend on how quickly content, access and approvals come back. On Scale, your new website is built as part of your plan and scheduled into your growth plan.

Logins first, then an onboarding call with Ryan and your project manager, then two ClinicOS training sessions and the tech set up. From there we agree the first priorities and start building. You will see work shipping inside the first fortnight rather than waiting on a strategy document.

Yes. Ryan built his first clinic in the UK, and we support clinics across the UK as well as Australia, New Zealand and the UAE. Sessions run over video in UK hours, and the platform and ad work are the same wherever your clinic is.

That is fine, and quite common. We can work alongside them, take over the parts they are not covering, or review what is being done and tell you whether it is worth keeping. There is no requirement to fire anyone to start.
